Free participation for members and terms of cancellation or no show

Participation of employees of member companies in the IFFI Business Network and Business Academy events is free, unless otherwise specified in the specific event details. Participation includes free dinners, lunches and drinks and excludes hotel rooms.

In case of cancellations and no show we need to charge the participant for the costs incurred and materials and services hired from third parties.

IFFI Business Network events: in case of cancellations within 2 weeks before the start of an event or no show, € 150,– cancellation costs will be charged.
IFFI Business Academy events: In case of cancellations within 4 weeks before the start of an event or no show, € 350,– cancellation costs will be charged.

It is always possible for a registered participant, who is hindered to participate, to be represented by a colleague in an IFFI event. In this case no cancellation costs will be charged.

Participation fee for non-members and terms of cancellation or no show

Participation of employees of non-member companies in the IFFI Business Network and Business Academy events costs differs per event. The participation fee includes free dinners, lunches and drinks and excludes hotel rooms. After confirmation of your reservation you will receive an invoice.

In case of cancellations and no show we need to charge the participant for the costs incurred and materials and services hired from third parties.

IFFI Business Network events: in case of cancellations within 4 weeks 50 % and within 2 weeks before the start of an event or no show, 100 % cancellation costs will be charged.
IFFI Business Academy events: In case of cancellations within 4 weeks 50 % and within 2 weeks before the start of an event or no show, 100 % cancellation costs will be charged.

It is always possible for a registered participant, who is hindered to participate, to be represented by a colleague in an IFFI event. In this case no cancellation costs will be charged.

Photos and recordings

For marketing purposes IFFI can take photographs and/or make film recordings of the event and persons present there. Participants and staff engaged by them must permit publication and/or distribution of the photographs and recordings and indemnify IFFI against any claims in this respect.

Hotel accommodation

The IFFI organization will suggest accommodation options per event. The participant is responsible for his or her reservation and agrees to the cancellation terms of the accommodation.
The IFFI network takes no responsibility for price agreements between the participant and the accommodation, does not guarantee availability and payment of rooms and refers to the conditions of the accommodation in case of cancellations.

Written confirmation

Cancellation of participation must always be confirmed in writing (by e-mail) to marita@iffi.nu
