At IFFI, engaging young talent is our top priority. Last year, we established the Human Capital Commission to take collaborative action in attracting and retaining young talent.
To advance our Human Capital agenda, the HC Commission organizes an online event for all HR leaders and others involved in collaboration with students.
The objective of this session is to unite efforts in attracting and retaining young talent.

Held mid-year, the event offers a valuable moment for reflection, peer dialogue and strategic alignment within the IFFI network. And provides the members of the Executive Council an informal and trusted setting to exchange experiences and insights from daily business practice.
The meeting is particularly relevant for Executive Council members who are unable to join the Executive Council Trip – Strategic Routes to Market, yet wish to actively contribute to discussions around the annual theme “Routes to Market.”
