At IFFI, engaging young talent is our top priority. Last year, we established the Human Capital Commission to take collaborative action in attracting and retaining young talent.
To advance our Human Capital agenda, the HC Commission organizes an online event for all HR leaders and others involved in collaboration with students.
The objective of this session is to unite efforts in attracting and retaining young talent.

The Executive Council Trip 2026 is an invitation-only, two-day strategic program for senior leaders in the food ingredients industry, hosted in a leading food and innovation hub in Europe. The meeting brings together Executive Council members for high-level dialogue and curated company visits to organizations that are actively redefining how value is created and captured across the food value chain.

Once a year, IFFI’s Executive Council comes together for an informal and engaging summer meeting, creating space for open exchange of experiences and insights from day-to-day business practice. This gathering takes place mid-year and offers Executive Council members a valuable moment of reflection within the trusted and intimate setting of the IFFI network.

The IFFI Event 2026 brings together professionals from the food ingredients industry and the culinary world to celebrate the anniversary of Culinology®—the discipline that bridges the gap between kitchen and laboratory.

At the FI Europe 2026 many IFFI membering companies will be present with stands demonstrating their latest innovation in food ingredients.
