The fourth network meeting of Young IFFI will focus on successful co-innovation practices and highlight the critical success factors of business collaborations. Industry experts within the IFFI business network will present realtime cases and practices. In a World Café set-up young professionals will define ways to work and deal with different generations in the workforce, industry trends and historical moments. How to use the collective competencies and capabilities of the industry to strengthen the resiliency of an indivicual company strving for maximum impact. Within the intimacy of the YIFFI network young professionals will experience what it is like to collaborate and join forces.
Company visit
An inspirational half-day event for young professionals working in Operations, Commerce, Innovation and Human Resources of the food ingredients industry learning how to collaborate for achieving maximum impact. A visit to an IFFI-affiliating company (for members only) will be included in this event. Together with the hosting company we will elaborate on the insights of the previous day and put them in the perspective of our daily businesses.
