The following IFFI member companies were recognized with Innovation Awards 2024 for their outstanding contributions:
Cargill received the Future Foodtech Innovation Award (new award) for its entry “Cargill Indulgence Redefined – Confectionery Alternative”. This range offers cocoa, hazelnut, and peanut alternative solutions developed using Voyage’s patented technology, which gently roasts and processes underutilized raw materials from side streams.
Bunge won the Dairy Alternative Innovation Award, with its entry “Bunge’s Beleaf Plantery”. This plant-based ingredient, crafted from shea, coconut, and rapeseed oils, is designed to partially or fully replace anhydrous milk fat (AMF).
ADM won the Sustainability Innovation Award with its “Regenerative Agriculture Programme”. This initiative empowers growers to adopt regenerative farming practices that enhance soil health, biodiversity, climate resilience, and water management while supporting sustainable farm business growth.
