Masterclass

7 November 2024 - 8 November 2024

Data Driven, Machine Learning

This two-day masterclass will deep dive in the operational capabilities of food ingredients producers to manage their factories, supply chains and suppliers with the use of artificial intelligence.
What are the opportunities and short falls of implementing data driven, machine learning processes with respect to raw materials, supply chain and manufacturing? How to facilitate innovation in a 24/7, fully operational factory and what are the required capabilities of operators running a smart factory? In what way can artificial intelligence anticipate on the regulatory impact of the European Green Deal – as a code of Conduct – on our industrial footprint?

Industry experts and IFFI members will share experiences and insights on the use and impact of artificial intelligence from an operational perspective.

The second day of this two-day event will include a visit to the IFFI member company (for members only). Together with executives in operations of the hosting company we will elaborate on the insights of the previous day and put them in the perspective of our daily businesses.
