AI in Commerce
Masterclass
17 October 2024 - 18 October 2024
Masterclass AI in Commerce
As generative AI (GenAI) is rapidly being integrated into commerce and innovation, the question of whether it can generate revenue naturally arises. How can a generative AI platform help you create unique food concepts from newly generated content? And to what extent can AI assist in developing and implementing data-driven sales strategies from marketing, pricing, and sales perspectives?
Thanks to AI, product features of ingredients, application requirements of foods, and consumer preferences are seamlessly integrated, fostering new food innovations. As a result, the potential commercial success of a food innovation can be predicted at an early stage of the development process. From a sales perspective, it’s also intriguing to explore how AI can facilitate customer interactions and even enable product sales without direct involvement. These and many more examples of AI applications in commerce and innovation will be discussed and demonstrated during this two-day masterclass. Commercial and innovation executives will gain a deeper understanding of how AI impacts their innovation processes and sales strategies on a global scale. Top consultants and technology suppliers will share their latest insights and best practices from the international food industry.
The second day of this two-day event will include a visit to the IFFI affiliated companies Royal Polak Spices (for members only). Together with commercial executives of the hosting company we will elaborate on the insights of the previous day and put them in the perspective of our daily businesses.
