In October, the Executive Council (EC) meeting will be held in Paris. This meeting will consist of a two-day event including a trend tour in Paris and a visit to the innovation facilities of Givaudan and other leading food producers.

Senior management of both the hosting companies and the IFFI member companies engage and address technology/market outlook and ways to improve business from both sides. But always focusing on the innovation potential in markets, operations and supply chains. Highlighting this time the impact of artificial intelligence in food. And more specific, how does artificial intelligence contribute to market intelligence, innovation processes and operational excellence?
