‘The New Norm’ is the overall topic of the IFFI program 2021 and will be highlighted in 10 events including Business Network and Business Network online and offline events. Following the year 2020 a global COVID pandemic and an increasing awareness about the SDG’s, The New Normal was set with new standards of online working and sustainable manufacturing. These standards may become The New Norm for the food ingredients industry delivering value to food producers and consumers.
