Over seven weeks, students will tackle an automation challenge and may potentially build a real industrial robotics prototype tailored for your company. Some examples of previous projects include: development of repackaging machine, automated vegetable picker robot and a powder-scooping hopper system.
Key details
- Date: Week 7 (10th of February) till week 15, 2026
- Time investment: Two consultation meetings with the students
- Involved institution: Minor Smart Manufacturing & Robotics, TU Delft & The Hague University
- Location: No need to be based near The Hague
- Cost: Free. The university can supply basic robots, cameras, and common hardware during the project
- Provide a topic for an Industrial Prototype challenge
- Participate in two project sessions
