At IFFI, engaging young talent is our top priority. Last year, we established the Human Capital Commission to take collaborative action in attracting and retaining young talent.
To advance our Human Capital agenda, the HC Commission organizes an online event for all HR leaders and others involved in collaboration with students.
The objective of this session is to unite efforts in attracting and retaining young talent.

The objective of this session is to unite efforts in attracting and retaining young talent.

Online meeting IFFI Talent Kitchen

At IFFI, engaging young talent is our top priority. Last year, we established the Human Capital Commission to take collaborative action in attracting and retaining young talent. Our approach is built on two pillars:

  1. The Young IFFI Board –  Connecting young employees and providing them with a robust program for personal and professional growth;

  2. The IFFI Talent Kitchen – Engaging with students and educational institutes to increase the enrollment in food-relevant programs and the visibility of the sector.

To enhance visibility and foster engagement with educational programs, we have developed a graphic map and activity calendar within the IFFI Talent Kitchen.
