Routes to Market, a Strategic Exchange is an annual summer meeting where members of the IFFI Executive Council come together in an informal and trusted setting to exchange experiences and insights from daily business practice. Held mid-year, the event offers a valuable moment for reflection, peer dialogue and strategic alignment within the IFFI network.

The meeting is particularly relevant for Executive Council members who were unable to join the Executive Council Trip – Strategic Routes to Market, yet wish to actively contribute to discussions around the annual theme “Routes to Market.”

Once a year, IFFI’s Executive Council comes together for an informal and engaging summer meeting, creating space for open exchange of experiences and insights from day-to-day business practice. This gathering takes place mid-year and offers Executive Council members a valuable moment of reflection within the trusted and intimate setting of the IFFI network.

The event is particularly relevant for members who were unable to attend the Executive Council Trip – Strategic Routes to Market to a leading European food and innovation hub, yet wish to actively engage in strategic dialogue around the annual theme “Routes to Market.”

An inspiring keynote by an industry expert will provide fresh perspectives on routes to market and their impact across multiple business dimensions, including workforce and talent, market access, raw materials, technology and knowledge development. The keynote serves as a catalyst for discussion, encouraging participants to translate strategic concepts into practical implications for their own organizations.

This highly inspirational summer event is designed for Executive Council members seeking to better understand how access to capabilities, partnerships and assets can be leveraged to create value and strengthen resilience in an increasingly complex food ingredients industry.
