Get a free literature report on your food quality challenge

Do you want fresh insights on a research question related to food quality? A group of +/- six bachelor students from the Food Technology programme at the WUR will conduct a literature review for your case study. Over four weeks, the team will dive deep into your research question and provide a final report summarizing findings from the literature.
An example of a potential case study: Exploring the potential of vinegar production from vegetable waste streams.

- Date: September 2026 for 4 weeks, full-time
- Time investment: Approximately 5 – 10 hours
- Involved study program: Food Technology, Wageningen University
- Location: Students work independently on campus
- Cost: Free
Requirements: The company is requested to
- Provide a relevant case study including a problem statement, objective, and research question (template available)
- Participate in a few (online) progress meetings
