Do you want fresh insights on a research question related to food quality? A group of +/- six bachelor students from the Food Technology programme at the WUR will conduct a literature review for your case study. Over eight weeks, the team will dive deep into your research question and provide a final report summarizing findings from the literature.  

An example of a potential case study: Exploring the potential of vinegar production from vegetable waste streams.

Requirements: The company is requested to

• Provide a relevant case study including a problem statement, objective, and research question (template available) 
• Participate in a few (online) progress meetings
