Case study product development
Students will develop a new product or process concept for you

Are you seeking fresh insights on a product or process technology challenge? Students in the third semester of the study program ‘’Duurzame en Gezonde Voeding’’ will integrate healthy and sustainable aspects into the development of a new product or process. They work on real-life company cases and present their findings to you.
Approximately 6 to 10 students will work on your case. Students will
- Describe the production process of the new innovative ingredient/product based on analysed data
- Give advice on possible changes to the current or new production process to improve sustainability or health aspects.

- Location: Students work mostly independently at school

Requirements: the company is requested to
- Provide a relevant case study question
- Participate in a few (online) progress meetings
- Participate in the final presentation
- Preferably provide an excursion for the group
