Case study on Product and Process Design

Enhance your product or process design challenge with literature research

Are you looking to create a new value chain for an ingredient? Interested in exploring the potential of side-streams or understanding the bioavailability of bioactive compounds. We invite you to submit your case study for a unique opportunity.

A group of 5-6 Food Technology students will conduct a literature review for your company as part of their Product and Process Design course.

  • Date: May, 8  weeks
  • Time investment: 5- 10 hours in total
  • Involved institution: Food Technology, Wageningen University
  • Location: Wageningen (remote collaboration possible)
  • Cost: Free
Requirements 
  1. Provide a research question related to Product and Process Design , for example:
    – Designing a product concept or focusing on reformulation
    – Designing a food product process
    – Proposing a solution to solve technical problems
  2. Designate one contact person who can dedicate at least 5 hours during this 8-week project.
